  "text": "(1) Regulation 26(9) (gas appliances – safety precautions – examinations required) is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (c), at the beginning, insert “subject to sub-paragraph (ca),”.\n(3) After sub-paragraph (c), insert—\n“(ca) if it is not reasonably practicable to examine its operating pressure or heat input (or, where necessary, both), its combustion performance;”.",
