# The Gas Safety (Management) (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gas Safety (Management) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.
(2) Regulation 14(2)(a)(v) comes into force on 6th April 2025.
(3) Otherwise, these Regulations come into force on 6th April 2023.
(4) Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.
