# The Gas (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations


(1) Regulation 8 (Reinstatement of customer’s premises) of the Principal Regulations shall be amended as provided below.
(2) In paragraph (3) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) that the work was requested by the customer to whom a payment under this regulation would otherwise be required to be made and related to the connection or an alteration to the connection to the customer’s premises; and”.
