# The Gas (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations


For regulation 8(2)(b) (Reinstatement of customer’s premises) substitute—
“(b) upon the expiry of each succeeding period of—
(i) three working days where the customer has been a priority domestic customer for more than thirty days prior to the start of the relevant event; or
(ii) five working days in all other circumstances.”.
