# The Gas (Third Party Access) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Gas Act 1965, the Gas Act 1986 and the Petroleum Act 1998


(1) The Gas Act 1965 is amended as set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
(2) The Gas Act 1986 is amended as set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
(3) The Petroleum Act 1998 is amended as set out in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
