  "text": "GAS\nMade 19th May 1992\nLaid before Parliament 20th May 1992\nComing into force 11th June 1992\nThe Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to the transit of natural gas between high pressure transmission grids, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
