  "text": "These Rules apply to public local inquiries held by the Minister of Power in accordance with paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 to the Gas Act 1965 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) for the purpose of inquiring into applications by gas authorities for orders authorising the storage of gas underground and (subject to the modifications set out in rule 13) to public local inquiries held in accordance with paragraph 12 of that Schedule.",
