  "text": "TRIBUNALS AND INQUIRIES\nMade 3rd November 1966\nLaid before Parliament 10th November 1966\nComing into Operation 1st December 1966\nI, Gerald, Baron Gardiner, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7A of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958 (inserted in that Act by section 33 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1959) and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby make the following Rules:—",
