Article 15 Survey of tidal works

If either of them deems it expedient, the Secretary of State or the Authority may at any time order a survey and examination of a tidal work or of the site upon which it is proposed to construct the tidal work, and any expenditure incurred by either of them in relation to any such survey and examination shall be recoverable from the undertaker.
