  "text": "(1) The following provisions extend only to England and Wales—\n(a) Part 1 of Schedule 2,\n(b) Part 1 of Schedule 3, and\n(c) Part 1 of Schedule 4.\n(2) The following provisions extend only to Scotland—\n(a) section 24(5),\n(b) Part 2 of Schedule 2,\n(c) Part 2 of Schedule 3, and\n(d) Part 2 of Schedule 4.\n(3) The following provisions extend only to England and Wales and Scotland—\n(a) paragraphs 12, 14 and 16 of Schedule 5, and\n(b) Part 1 of Schedule 6.\n(4) The following provisions extend only to Northern Ireland—\n(a) section 23(3) and (4),\n(b) section 24(6) and (7),\n(c) Part 3 of Schedule 2,\n(d) Part 3 of Schedule 3,\n(e) Part 3 of Schedule 4,\n(f) paragraphs 13, 15 and 17 of Schedule 5, and\n(g) Part 2 of Schedule 6.\n(5) Subject to subsections (1) to (4), this Act extends to Northern Ireland (as well as to England and Wales and Scotland).",
