  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gender Recognition Register (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 20th July 2011.\n(2) In these Regulations—\n“the Principal Regulations” means the Gender Recognition Register Regulations 2005.",
