# The Gender Recognition Register (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 3: Amendment to regulation 2 (1) of the Principal Regulations


(1) In regulation 2(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations for “the particulars set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1” substitute “the particulars set out in the relevant part of Schedule 1”.
(2) In regulation 2(1)(e) of the Principal Regulations for “the particulars set out in Schedule 5” substitute “the particulars set out in the relevant part of Schedule 5”.
