# General Cemetery Act 2025, Paragraph 10


For section 46 substitute—
“Disposal of exclusive right of burial
XLVI. (1) A right granted, or an extension of a grant, under section XLIII may be assigned by deed or bequeathed by will.
(2) The Company must, following such investigation as they think proper, record particulars of any assignment or bequest of such a right in the register maintained under section XLV.”
