Section 23 Amendments and repeals relating to the cemetery

The enactments set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 have effect subject to the amendments made by that Part.

The enactments set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2 are repealed to the extent shown.

The repeals under subsection (2) do not affect anything done by the Company under those enactments in connection with the operation, management or improvement of the cemetery, including without limitation the grant of any burial rights.
