  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the General Chiropractic Council (Constitution and Procedure) Rules 1999, and shall come into force on 22nd May 1999.\n(2) In these Rules–\n“the Act” means the Chiropractors Act 1994;\n“the Council” means the General Chiropractic Council.",
