Their Lordships make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2A) of, and paragraph 1B of Schedule 1 to, the Dentists Act 1984^f1 and article 7(2) of the Health Care and Associated Professions (Miscellaneous Amendments and Practitioner Psychologists) Order 2009^f2.
