  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Health and Personal Social Services General Dental Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 which regulate the terms on which general dental services are provided under the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972.\nRegulation 2 amends regulation 19 of the principal regulations to reflect the new numbering of determinations relating to matters set out in the Statement of Dental Remuneration following the ceasing of commitment payments to dentists.\nRegulation 3 amends the dentists terms of service contained in Schedule 2 of the principal regulations to enable a dentist to keep all referred forms of records detailed in the Regulations, including the practice record form, in computerised form.",
