Article 1 Title, commencement and revocation

This Order may be cited as the General Drainage Charges (Anglian Region) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 22^nd March 2004.

The General Drainage Charges (Anglian Region) Order 1990^f1 is hereby revoked.
