  "long_title": "These Regulations, which apply to England and Wales, supersede the Drainage Charges (Forms) Regulations 1969. The Regulations prescribe the form to be used for raising general drainage charges and the form of demand for such charges. The forms are based on the principal forms relating to general drainage charges in the Schedule to the 1969 Regulations which have been adapted to meet the altered basis on which such drainage charges may be raised under section 48 of the Land Drainage Act 1976, as amended (in particular) by the Water Act 1989. No form is prescribed in relation to special drainage charges.",
