# The General Drainage Charges (Forms) Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


LAND DRAINAGE
Made 9th March 1990
Coming into force 1st April 1990
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 53(3) and 95 of the Land Drainage Act 1976, and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
