# The General Drainage Charges (Forms) Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and revocation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the General Drainage Charges (Forms) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
(2) The Drainage Charges (Forms) Regulations 1969 are hereby revoked.
