  "text": "The Order provides for the references to a beacon in Part XI of the Merchant Shipping Act 1894 to include certain Navigator transmitter chains in the British Isles for as long as they are operated by Racal-Decca Marine Navigation Ltd under any contract with the General Lighthouse Authorities. The chains thus become subject to the superintendence and management of the General Lighthouse Authorities for this period.",
