  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides that all references to a beacon in Part VIII of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 shall be construed as including equipment in the United Kingdom which form part of a differential correction system to be used in conjunction with satellite navigation signals for maritime navigation.\nSuch equipment would be subject to the superintendence and management of the General Lighthouse Authorities.",
