  "text": "MEDICAL PROFESSION\nMade 26th June 1996\nLaid before Parliament 8th July 1996\nComing into force\nArticle 3 31st October 1996\nRemainder 1st November 1996\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 26th day of June 1996\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(2) of, and paragraphs 3(1) and (3) and 5 of Schedule 1 to, the Medical Act 1983, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, in pursuance of a representation made to Her Privy Council by the General Medical Council, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
