Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the General Medical Council (Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 10th April 2007.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the General Medical Council (Constitution) Order 2002^f1.
