The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order in Council in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of, and paragraphs 5, 7 and 13 of Schedule 1 to, the Medical Act 1983.
