Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the General Medical Council (Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2012.

This Order comes into force on 1st January 2013.

In this Order, “the Constitution Order” means the General Medical Council (Constitution) Order 2008^f1.
