  "text": "For the purposes of disputes relating to—\n(a) general medical services contracts; or\n(b) personal medical services agreements under section 28C of 1977 Act,\nwhich are referred to the Secretary of State under section 4(3) or (4) of the 1990 Act (NHS contracts), section 4(5) of that Act shall be read as if after “appoint a person” there were included “or persons”.",
