Article 1

The title of this Order is the General Medical Services Transitional and Consequential Provisions (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2006 and it comes into force on 1 March 2006.

This Order applies in relation to Wales.

In this Order “the (Wales) (No.2) Order” means the General Medical Services Transitional and Consequential Provisions (Wales) (No.2) Order 2004^f1.
