"text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order corrects a cross-referencing error in article 86 of the General Medical Services Transitional and Consequential Provisions (Wales) (No.2) Order 2004. The Order also revokes article 31 of that Order. That provision disapplied a requirement for the consent of the Assembly for the employment of a GP Registrar for the purpose of being trained by a GP Trainer. The requirement for such consent in paragraph 63 of Schedule 6 to the General Medical Services Contracts (Wales) Regulations 2004 is removed by regulation 11(14) of the National Health Service (Primary Medical Services)(Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2006.",
