Article 43 Modification of section 4(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990

For the purposes of disputes relating to—

(a)

general medical services contracts; or

(b)

personal medical services agreements under section 28C of 1977 Act,

which are referred to the Assembly^f1 under section 4(3) or (4) of the 1990 Act (NHS contracts), section 4(5) of that Act shall be read as if after “appoint a person” there were included “or persons”.
