# The General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st August 2008.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England.
