  "heading": "Termination by the contractor",
  "text": "(1) A contractor may terminate the contract by serving notice on the PCT at any time.\n(2) Where a contractor serves notice pursuant to sub-paragraph (1), the contract shall terminate on a date 3 months after the date on which the notice is served (“the termination date”), save that if the termination date is not the last calendar day of a month, the contract shall instead terminate on the last calendar day of the month in which the termination date falls.\n(3) This paragraph and paragraph 40 are without prejudice to any other rights to terminate the contract that the contractor may have.",
