  "text": "That application form shall include—\n(a) where the applicant is an individual, the information required in paragraphs 3 to 5 and 7 and 8;\n(b) where the applicant is a partnership, the information required in paragraph 7 and, in relation to each partner, the information required in paragraphs 3 to 5 and 8; and\n(c) where the applicant is a corporate body—\n(i) the information required in paragraphs 5 to 8, and\n(ii) in relation to any director, chief executive or secretary of that corporate body, the information required in paragraphs 3 to 5 and 8.",
