# The General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008, Paragraph 9


In the case of an applicant who, at the time of its application was included in the ophthalmic list of the PCT, that applicant need only notify the PCT that it wishes to enter into a contract and supply such of the information specified in this Schedule as—
(a) it has not already provided to the PCT; or
(b) has changed since it provided it.
