# The General Osteopathic Council (Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2015, Article 3: Transitional


The person who was chair of the General Council immediately before the coming into force of this Order shall, subject to article 3 of the General Osteopathic Council (Constitution) Order 2009, continue as chair of the General Council as constituted in accordance with this Order.
