# General Pier and Harbour Act 1861, Section 10: †Consent of Commissioners of Woods, &c. to be obtained.


No provisional order, except such as relate to the levying and recovery of rates only, shall be made under this Act without the consent in writing of the Crown Estate Commissioners, being first had and obtained.
