  "text": "For the purposes of section 34(2)(c) of this Act, paragraph 8 of Schedule 5 to this Act shall have effect as if in that paragraph—\n(a) for any reference to section 32(2)(b) of this Act there were substituted a reference to the said section 34(2)(c); and\n(b) for any reference to the Minister of Transport there were substituted a reference to the Minister of Power.",
