# General Rate Act 1967, Paragraph 13


The appropriate limit specified in paragraph 12 of this Schedule shall, subject to paragraph 14 thereof, be increased by £39 for any child, or for each of any children, who at the date of the making of the application, being a child of the applicant or in the applicant's care, usually resides with the applicant.
