  "text": "The remuneration of, and any expenses incurred by, valuation officers in carrying out their functions under this Part of this Act, including the remuneration and expenses of persons, whether in the service of the Crown or not, employed to assist valuation officers in the exercise of those functions, shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament.",
