# The General Teaching Council for England (Additional Functions) Order 2000, Paragraph 22


The terms of any restriction for the time being in force in relation to the teacher as the result of a direction given by the Secretary of State or National Assembly for Wales by virtue of section 218(6) of the 1988 Act.
