  "text": "The General Teaching Council for England (Constitution) Regulations 1999 shall be amended by—\n(a) the substitution in regulation 3 of “64” for “63”;\n(b) the substitution in regulation 8 of “17” for “16”;\n(c) the deletion of the word “and” at the end of regulation 8(m);\n(d) the insertion of the word “and” at the end of regulation 8(n); and\n(e) the insertion after regulation 8(n) of the following paragraph:\n“(o) one member by the Disability Rights Commission.”.",
