# The General Teaching Council for Wales (Additional Functions) (Amendment) Order 2007, Article 3: Title and commencement


(1) In article 2 in the definition of “the Directive” (“y Gyfarwyddeb”) for “89/48/EEC” substitute “2005/36/EC”.
(2) In article 2 in the definition of “the Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau”) for the words “the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) (First General System) Regulations 2005” substitute “the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007.”.
