  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the General Teaching Council for Wales (Additional Functions) Order 2005 (“the 2005 Order”) by substituting for reference to Council Directive 89/48/EEC reference to Council Directive 2005/36/EC.\nThe 2005 Order is also amended by substituting for reference to the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) (First General System) Regulations 2005 reference to the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007.",
