  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the General Teaching Council for Wales Order 1998.\n(2) This article and article 3 of this Order shall come into force on 30th December 1998, and article 2 shall come into force on 1st September 2000.\n(3) In this Order, “the Act” means the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998.",
