Article 2 Establishment of the General Teaching Council for Wales

There shall be a body corporate to be known as the General Teaching Council for Wales which shall exercise, in relation to Wales, as from 1st September 2000, the functions conferred on them by or under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Act.
