# The General Teaching Council for Wales Order 1998, Article 3: Application of Section 1 and Schedule 1 to the General Teaching Council for Wales


Section 1(2) and (4) to (9) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Act shall have effect in relation to the General Teaching Council for Wales as they have effect in relation to the General Teaching Council for England.
