  "text": "In this Part—\n“applicant” means a person who applies for a food and feed marketing authorisation under regulation 20 or 22;\n“authorisation-holder” means a person who has been issued a food and feed marketing authorisation under this Part;\n“Food Standards Advisory Committee” means the Advisory Committee on Novel Foods and Processes or any advisory committee appointed under section 5(3) of the Food Standards Act 1999;\n“representative” means a person, nominated by the applicant, who may be contacted in relation to the application for the food and feed marketing authorisation concerned.",
