Paragraph 5 Amendment of regulation 8 (amendment of Council Decision 2002/812/EC)

Regulation 8 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2), in the Article 1 to be substituted by that paragraph, omit point (d).

In paragraph (6)(c), for paragraph (iii) substitute—
