Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 27th April 1996.

(2)

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) Regulations 1992f1.
